1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using Zoxis Cabinet, the clinic owner, clinic administrator or authorized staff member confirms that the clinic has read and agrees to these Terms. If the clinic does not agree, it must not use the cabinet.
Zoxis Cabinet is part of the Zoxis veterinary care ecosystem. It is designed for internal clinic operations, including scheduling, appointments, medical records, payments, inventory, documents, reporting, tasks, payroll workflows and related modules.
2. Beta testing and data risk
Zoxis Cabinet is currently in beta testing. Features may change, individual modules may be unstable, and during testing there may be errors, downtime, incorrect processing or loss of some data.
The clinic must keep external backup copies of critical documents, medical records, financial data and regulated logs while the service is in beta. The beta version must not be treated as the only source of legally, medically or financially significant data.
3. Clinic account and authorized users
- The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for keeping contact information up to date.
- The clinic administrator manages staff access, roles, permissions, passwords and internal rules for using the cabinet.
- The clinic must promptly revoke access for staff members who no longer work with the clinic or no longer need access to data.
- Actions performed under the clinic account are treated as actions of the clinic unless proven otherwise.
4. Clinic rights and obligations
The clinic may use Zoxis Cabinet for lawful veterinary activity and may configure directories, modules, document templates, inventory rules, tasks, appointments and other workflows.
The clinic must:
- enter accurate data about patients, animal owners, appointments, medicines, services, payments and inventory operations;
- obtain any required consent from animal owners for personal data processing where required by law;
- not use the service for illegal activity, deception, spam, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorized access;
- ensure that medical decisions are made by qualified professionals and not automatically by the system;
- verify printable forms, prescriptions, reports, financial documents and inventory deductions before operational use.
5. Payments, subscriptions and plans
After a free or beta period, some Zoxis Cabinet features may be provided under a paid subscription, one-time payment or another plan. The plan terms, billing period, feature scope and limits are shown to the clinic before paid access is enabled.
- Pricing may depend on the number of users, modules, branches, storage volume or another commercial model used by Zoxis.
- Taxes, bank fees and third-party payment provider charges may be added where applicable.
- During beta testing, Zoxis may provide extended access for free or on special terms, but this does not create a permanent right to free use.
- If payment is overdue, Zoxis may limit paid features, switch the account to read-only mode or suspend access after notice.
6. Data, backups and responsibility for content
Data entered by the clinic into Zoxis Cabinet remains the data of the clinic or its clients. Zoxis processes such data to provide the service, technical support, security, backups and product development in accordance with the Zoxis Cabinet Privacy Policy.
The clinic is responsible for the content it enters, the lawfulness of processing, diagnosis accuracy, prescriptions, inventory deductions, payments, payroll rules and other operational decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The Zoxis name, logos, interface, software code, module structure, design, text, technical documentation and other service elements belong to Zoxis or are used lawfully. The clinic receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service under these Terms.
The clinic may not copy, sell, lease, decompile, bypass technical restrictions or create derivative products based on Zoxis Cabinet without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Zoxis is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim to maintain service stability and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, full compatibility with every device, browser, business process or local regulatory requirement.
To the extent permitted by law, Zoxis is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, reputational damage, clinic downtime, staff errors, incorrect directory settings or decisions made based on data entered incorrectly by the clinic.
9. Suspension and termination of access
Zoxis may temporarily restrict or terminate access if the clinic violates these Terms, fails to pay, creates security risks, attempts to interfere with the service or uses it unlawfully.
The clinic may stop using the service by contacting Zoxis through official support channels. After termination, data may be retained for a limited period for technical recovery, legal obligations, payment accounting and protection of the parties' rights.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
Zoxis may update these Terms when features, plans, legal requirements or security processes change. The current version is published on this page.
Unless mandatory rules require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. The parties first try to resolve disputes through negotiation.
